陈晓琳 Xiaolin Chen

陈晓琳，小学语文教师兼班主任，硕士毕业于香港教育大学中文研究（语文教育）专业。曾在北京市多所名校担任语文老师及班主任，对于诊断学生学科学习以及学习驱动力、应对青春期亲子冲突方面有丰富经验。他 擅长通过传统吟诵，从传统文化中汲取智慧。曾作为负责人承担国家级课题《小学国学课程化—以<三字经>为例》的研究，并在国家级期刊上发表论文。

Xiaolin Chen, Primary Chinese Teacher, Homeroom Teacher，graduated from the Education University of Hong Kong with a master's degree in Chinese Studies (Language education). Having worked as a Chinese teacher and HR teacher in several famous schools in Beijing, he has rich experience in diagnosing students' subject learning and learning motivationandcoping with adolescent conflicts. In addition,he also learned traditional chanting , very good at absorbing wisdom from traditional culture. As the person in charge of the national subject "Sinology curriculum in Primary school -- Taking" Three Character Classic "as an example of research, and published a paper in the national journal.
