胡艳潇（Xiao Hu）

胡艳潇（Xiao Hu）, 小学语文教师兼班主任。中国人民大学研究生，持有初中语文教师资格证书。2015年6月至今任中国教育学会中语会“中小学简快作文课堂教学研究”总课题组研究员、秘书长，历任小学、初中语文教师及教研组长等职务。2015年6月至今，赴全国各地中小学公益演讲培训简快作文233场，受益师生6万余人。曾作为副主编与清华附中高级教师翟暾老师共同编写并出版《写满分作文何难之有》；荣获“全国简快作文名师”和“简快作文全国巡讲团特级讲师”；曾被聘任为《当代作文》杂志编委会主委。

Xiao Hu, Primary Chinese Teacher, Homeroom Teacher. He is a graduate student with the same from Renmin University of China, he has junior high school Chinese teacher qualification certificate. From June 2015 until now, he has served as the researcher and secretary general of the Chinese Language Association of the Chinese Society of Education Research on classroom teaching of short and fast composition in primary and secondary schools. He served successively as a Chinese teacher, a lesson preparation team leader, a deputy principal, and a general principal. Since June 2015, 233 public lectures and short essays have been conducted in primary and secondary schools across the country which benefited more than 60000 teachers and students. As the deputy editor in chief, and Zhai Tun, a senior teacher of the school affiliated to Tsinghua University High School, jointly wrote "Why is it difficult to write a full score composition", won the title of ‘National Famous Teacher of Simple and Fast Writing and Super Lecturer of Simple and Fast Writing National Tour, was appointed as the chairman of the editorial board of Contemporary Composition magazine.
