李爽，化学实验员，首都师范大学化学（师范）专业学士。拥有高中教师资格证；有关中学生化学实验能力研究的本科论文曾被评为市级优秀论文。善于引发学生思考，给予学生充分的思考空间；喜欢以朋友的身份与学生相处，认为陪伴学生成长是教师最伟大的事业。

Mike Li, Chemistry Lab Assitant, got bachelor of Teaching (Chemistry) with a high school teaching certificate from Capital Normal University. His main research on senior school students’ chemistry experiment ability in undergraduate study was nominated for the municipal excellence award. He is good at guiding students while encouraging them to think independently, and building a friendly relationship with students. He believes that companionship is the key to students’ success and what makes teaching career valuable.
