Taejin Kim博士，小学全科教师兼班主任，来自美国，毕业于北伊利诺伊大学。她拥有教育心理学博士学位，专攻第二语言习得和双语教育。博士拥有超过十年的教学和课程开发经验，涉及大学和K-12教育阶段，并曾荣获台湾中正大学的教学优秀奖。她的教学方法融合了文化、艺术，利用多媒体工具提升学生的沟通能力和了解中国文化。空闲时间，她喜欢练习尊巴舞和印度舞。此外，她通过改变自我和参与变革等方式帮助年轻人成长。

Dr. Taejin Kim, Primary Generalist & Homeroom Teacher, is from the US. She earned her PhD in Educational Psychology, specializing in Second Language Acquisition and Bilingual Education. She has over a decade of experience in teaching and curriculum development, at both the university level and in K-12 settings, receiving the Teaching Excellence Award from the National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan. Her teaching approach integrates culture, art, and fundamental language learning, utilizing multimedia tools to enhance communication skills and cultural awareness among students. In her free time, she enjoys Zumba and Indian dance. In addition, she facilitates youth in traversing the ME=WE pathway and engaging in transformative initiatives.
