        Dr. Penny Rhoads, Primary English Teacher, Homeroom Teacher, is from the United States of America. She earned her BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from UC Berkeley, her BA in English Language Arts from California State University, her MEd in Curriculum and Counselling from Trevecca University, her MA in English Language Arts from Kansas State University, and her Dual Doctorate from the University of Melbourne in Psychology and Education, her PhD in Education in Special Education-Severe Disabilities/Gifted and Talented Education from Vanderbilt University. She is a certified teacher who believes in demonstrating and sharing her passion, positivity, and love of inquiry with her students, school parents and peers. She accomplishes this through demonstrating, by knowledge and deed, the power of life-long learning in all aspects of 21st century life in the local and global communities.
