Pei Cen (Pency) Tang，小学ESL教师兼助教，来自加拿大。她在麦吉尔大学获得了工业关系学士学位，并在清华大学获得了新闻与传播硕士学位。她持有120小时的TEFL证书，并在韩国首尔有2年的全职教学经验。Pency致力于培养一个支持性的环境，让学生可以探索他们想要成为的人。

Pei Cen (Pency) Tang, Primary ESL Teacher & TA. She is from Canada. She earned her BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University and her MA in Journalism and Communication from Tsinghua University. She holds a 120-hour TEFL certificate and has 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Seoul, South Korea. Pency is dedicated to cultivate a supportive environment where the students can explore who they want to become.
