李敏 Millie Li

李敏（MillieLi），小学数学教师兼班主任。本科毕业于首都师范大学初等教育学院，持有小学教师资格证。曾在北京市重点小学、清华附中一体化学校工作共10余年，有丰富的一线教学和管理经验。工作中，教学论文和录像课多次在全国及北京市获奖，被评为海淀区骨干教师、青年教师岗位能手、优秀共产党员称号。她曾旅居瑞典、西班牙学习和生活近5年，对中西方教育有比较深入的对比研究。

Millie Li, Primary Mathematics Teacher, Homeroom Teacher. She graduated from the College of Elementary Education of Capital Normal University with a Bachelor's degree and holds an elementary school teaching certificate. She has worked in a few key primary schools in Beijing andSchool Affiliated to TsinghuaUniversity HighSchool for a total of more than 10 years and has rich front-line teaching and management experience. During her work, her teaching papers and video lessons have won many awards in China and Beijing, and she has been awarded the titles of Backbone Teacher, Outstanding Young Educator Award and Excellent Communist Party Member inHaidianDistrict. She has lived and studied in Sweden and Spain for nearly 5 years and has a relatively deep understanding of Chinese and Western education.
