Andries Jacobus Fourie,艺术教师兼班主任,来自南非，DURBAN教育学院数学/计算机研究专业毕业，持TEFL证书。他在南非从事各种教学工作，曾在南非教育部工作过，有高级管理经验，这些经验使他能够全面了解教育过程，而不仅仅是从课堂的角度看待教育。Fourie把中国称为自己的家，在过去的9年里，他从西安开始，穿越中国许多省份，从艺术的角度，仔细地选择着自己工作的城市。在江苏省宜兴，他学习古老的板制茶壶技术,在苏州，他又学习了精巧的苏州丝绸刺绣艺术。Fourie去年在北京经营了一家小型艺术工作室。在这里，他与学生分享他的艺术知识和他对艺术的热情。他很高兴看着学生从一开始对艺术的简单了解和点滴好奇心逐渐成长为一个个艺术家。

Andries Jacobus Fourie，Art Teacher, Homeroom Teacher,comes from the South Africa.graduated from DURBAN College of Education,qualified as a teacher in 1999, and pursued various teaching positions in his home country, South Africa. He also has private sector experience, as well as having worked for The Department of Education, has upper management experience. All these combined together has givenhimthe ability to see the education process in its entirety, not just his classroom.For the last 9 years Mr. Fourie has called China his home, starting off in the West, in Xi’an, he has made the moves across many provinces. Mr Fourie chose his cities in China carefully, based on the art forms endemic to these areas.Hestudied the ancient techniques of slab building tea pots in Yixing，the delicate art of Suzhou Silk Embroidery in Suzhou.With his passion for the Arts, Mr Fourie has been operating a small art studio in Beijing for the last year. In this studio he shared both his knowledge and passion for the arts with his students. It has been his privilege and honour to see his students grow from curious minds into artists in their own right.
