代兆磊 Leon Dai

代兆磊，中学语文教师兼班主任教师，首都师范大学汉语言文学学士，香港教育大学汉语言教育硕士，拥有高等教育教师资格证书；曾先后在北京市西城外国语学校、香港耀中国际学校担任语文教师，亦曾任国家教育子课题研究组副组长；具备十五年语文教学经验及学术经验，注重教育理论与实践的结合。

Leon Dai, Secondary Chinese Teacher, Homeroom Teacher, Head of Year, Bachelor Degree of Chinese Language and Literature from Capital Normal University, Master of Chinese Language Education from The Education University of Hong Kong, and holds a teacher qualification certificate. He has worked as a Chinese teacher at Beijing Xicheng Foreign Language School and Yew Chung International School in Hong Kong, and was also the deputy head of the national education sub-project research group. He has fifteen years of Chinese teaching experience and academic experience, and pays attention to the combination of education theory and practice.
