赵利琼（Lili Zhao)，语文学科组长，毕业于北京师范大学中文系，有20多年高中语文教学经验, 是优秀的高考把关老师, 所教学生高考成绩优异。有自己独特的教育理念及方法，培养出了139，140的高分。有6次的北京市高考阅卷经验，阅卷均在作文组，高考作文的标准，烂熟于心。热爱学生，热爱教育事业，热爱阅读，热爱挑战。是学生的良师益友。教育理念是：“让孩子们学的得心应手，轻松获得高分”。 始终坚信“教育永远有机会，学习永远有可能”。她也是海淀区级语文骨干教师；区级语文学科带头人；海淀区兼职教研员；海淀区名师工作站学员。

Lili Zhao, Head of Chinese Department. She graduated from the Chinese Department of Beijing Normal University and has more than 20 years of high school Chinese teaching experience. She is an excellent university entrance exam teacher. The students she taught did well in the university entrance examination. She has Beijing university entrance examination marking experience 6 times and is in the composition group, she has rich experience on the standard of university entrance examination composition.
