徐芳芳，中学化学教师、教科研负责人兼督导负责人，北京师范大学化学学科教学专业教育硕士。来自清华附中一体化学校，拥有10多年北京海淀一线初三化学教学以及多年班主任工作经验，注重在化学实验活动中让学生在自我体验中学习化学，并通过实时及时的评价引导学生顺利的参与活动，在活动中获得核心知识的同时，也获得关键能力和必备品格的提升。

Fangfang Xu, Secondary Chemistry Teacher, Education Research Officer, Compliance Officer, got Master of Education from Beijing Normal University, majoring in chemistry teaching. She has successively served as a chemistry teacher in grade three of No. 101 middle school and Tsinghua Education Group. She has more than 10 years of chemistry teaching in grade three of Junior high school in Haidian District and many years of working experience as a homeroom teacher. She pays attention to allowing students to learn chemistry in self experience in chemical experiment activities, and guides students to participate in activities smoothly through real-time and timely evaluation so that students not only obtains core knowledge in activities, but also improves key abilities and necessary character.
