Kilian Andreas Stadter，体育教师兼班主任，来自德国，目前在THISDL担任体育教师。在他的学业历程中，他成功地追求了双重教育路径，在维尔茨堡朱利叶斯-马克西米利安大学获得了“现代中国”（汉学）学士学位的同时，与此同时完成了教练教育。值得一提的是在他的学业期间，积极参与了由北京大学举办的著名欧洲汉语语言与文化项目。
作为德国青年击剑国家队的前运动员，Kilian已经积累了超过11年的教练经验。因此领域卓越而专业的知识进一步得到了德国奥林匹克体育联合会颁发的高水平击剑最高教练文凭（A级）。此外，他还拥有德国著名的重剑击剑国家裁判执照，并在教练培训项目中做出了重要贡献。击剑运动德国北部联合会还授予了他荣誉徽章，以表彰他的才华和成就。
在Kilian的指导下，他的学生取得了里程碑式的成就，包括入选国家青年队和获得欧洲、世界锦标赛资格。其学生在FIE U20世界杯上登上领奖台，这是他们的最大成功。不仅如此，Kilian非常注重在纪律与完美之间找到平衡，同时营造出激励和愉悦的环境。奉行“熟能生巧”的理念，他全心全意致力于发掘每位学生的最大潜力，在他的指导下取得卓越成就。
Kilian Andreas Stadter,PE Teacher, Homeroom Teacher, currently serves as a Physical Education teacher at THISDL. In his academic pursuits, he embarked on a remarkable dual educational path, culminating in the successful completion of a Bachelor's degree in "Modern China" (Sinology) from Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg, while concurrently undertaking his coaching education. Notably, during his academic tenure, he actively participated in the prestigious European Chinese Language and Culture Program conducted by Peking University, further enriching his educational experience.
With a notable background as a former athlete in Germany's youth fencing national team, Kilian has amassed over 11 years of coaching experience, solidifying his exceptional expertise in the field. His dedication and proficiency are exemplified by his attainment of the highest coaching diploma awarded by the German Olympic Sports Federation for high-performance fencing (A-Level). Moreover, he holds the esteemed German national referee license for epee fencing and has played a significant role in coach training programs. Kilian's contributions and accomplishments have been duly recognized by the fencing federation of Northern Germany, who bestowed upon him the badge of honor as a testament to his outstanding achievements.
Under Kilian's guidance, his students have achieved notable milestones, including selection for the youth national team and qualification for prestigious European and World Championships. The pinnacle of his students' success was marked by a podium finish at a FIE U20 World Cup, showcasing the caliber of coaching and mentorship provided by Kilian. Notably, he places great emphasis on striking the delicate balance between discipline and perfection, while simultaneously fostering a motivating and joyful environment. Guided by the philosophy that practice makes perfect, Kilian wholeheartedly endeavors to unlock the maximum potential of each student under his dedicated guidance.
