向恒淼 Herman Xiang

向恒淼，北京体育大学体能训练学士，北京体育大学体能训练硕士；拥有高等教育教师资格证书。曾先后在北京青年男子排球队，国家射击队担任体能教练。多年一线体育教学与运动训练经验，注重对学生和运动员的学习方法与体能训练实践能力的掌握，擅长提升学生的主动学习能力与终身体育理念培养，多次带领运动员和学生取得国际、国内优秀运动比赛成绩。

Herman Xiang has a Bachelor's degree in Physical Training from Beijing Sport University and a Master's degree in Physical Training from Beijing Sport University; he holds a higher education teaching certificate. Mr. Xiang has worked as a physical trainer for the Beijing Youth Men's Volleyball Team and the National Shooting Team. He has many years of front-line sports teaching and training experience, focusing on students and athletes' learning methods and physical training practice ability, and is good at improving students' active learning ability and lifelong sports concept cultivation, and has led athletes and students to achieve outstanding results in international and domestic sports competitions for many times.
