侯雲（Baldwin Hou),寄宿部成长导师。他获得管理学学士学位,先后在山西省政府，北京邮电大学从事管理与教育工作。同时，组织过多项大型活动，例如全国第二届青年运动会，山西省运会等，教育以及活动组织工作经验丰富，此外，他接受过k12阶段教育的相关培训，了解儿童及青少年各个阶段的学习特点，他的教育理念是：我们是大树，为学生服务。

Baldwin Hou, Boarding Counselor. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management. He has worked in the Shanxi Provincial Government and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, engaged in management and education. Additionally, he has organized numerous large-scale events, such as the Second National Youth Games ofChina and the Shanxi Provincial Games. With extensive experience in education and event organization, he has also received training related to K-12 education, understanding the learning characteristics of children and adolescents at each stage. His educational philosophy is: we are trees, and serves for the students.
