钟建栋，寄宿部成长导师，毕业于厦门城市职业学院，曾在部队服役，认为一件简单的事情用不同的方法处理会有不同的结果。当站在孩子的角度去实行教育时，会起到事半功倍的效果。

Duke Zhong，Boarding Counsellor，graduated from Xiamen City Vocational College, who once served in the army. He believes that a simple matter will have different results if dealing with different ways. When carrying out education from the perspective of children, we will yield twice the result with half the effort.
