梁爽 Seay Liang

梁爽,寄宿部成长导师，毕业于大连海事大学，计算机通信学士。在中国联通工作十八年，做过一线工程师、项目经理及运维经理。所负责运维团队多次获得客户及部门表彰，荣获优秀运维团队奖。工作积极主动，团队协作能力强，擅长与人沟通。她认为教育应该是个性化教育，每个孩子拥有的天赋，使得他们能通过学校和家庭教育共同养育成才。

Seay Liang, Boarding Counselor, got Bachelor degree of Computer Communication in Dalian Maritime University. She worked in China-unicom for 18 years. She was responsible for Operation and Maintenance team, got recognition from customer, sector and reward of outstanding Operation Team. She has strong teamwork ability and is good at communication. She believes that education should be individualized education, and each child has the talent that enables them to raise talents through school and family education.
