  赵钒邑，学生发展中心干事兼舞蹈教师,首都师范大学艺术学学士，中等职业学校舞蹈表演教师资格证，曾在北京市海淀区实验小学担任舞蹈、音乐教师，并负责金帆舞蹈团日常教学和管理工作。掌握扎实舞蹈基本功和剧目排练能力；拥有丰富演出活动指导经验和团队管理经验；教学理念围绕以发展学⽣个性，陶冶学⽣对艺术美的感知，不断提⾼学⽣综合素质为核心，教学成果得到家长和学生的一致认可。

Zhao Fanyi (Nancy), Student Development Center Officer & Dance Teacher, she has held a bachelor's degree in art from Capital Normal University and possesses a teaching qualification for dance performance in secondary vocational schools. She previously served as a dance and music teacher at Haidian Experimental Primary School in Beijing, where she was responsible for the teaching and management of the Jinfan Dance Troupe. With a solid foundation in dance and strong capabilities in rehearsing dance programs, she has rich experience in directing performance activities and managing teams. Her teaching philosophy centers on developing students' individuality, cultivating their perception of artistic beauty, and continuously enhancing their comprehensive qualities. Her teaching achievements have been unanimously recognized by both parents and students.
