赵钰莲 Lillian Zhao

赵钰莲校长，毕业于北京师范大学，英语本科，教育学硕士，拥有英语专业八级证书、中学高级教师资格证书。全国英语教师园丁奖获得者，北京市英语学科带头人，人教版高中英语教科书核心编者，海淀区名师工作站导师。原人大附中超长儿童实验班教师、班主任、备课组长，海淀区英语学科教研员，海淀区国际课程研究中心主任，朝阳区凯文学校书记兼中学部校长，海淀区青苗学校校长。熟知国内、国际两种教育体制，致力打造温暖、支持、有爱的学校文化，培养具备双语能力、多元文化视角和全球化意识的美好世界创造者。

Zhao Yulian (Lillian)graduated from Beijing Normal University with a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Education. She holds the TEM-8 Certificate (Test for English Majors Band 8) and a Senior High School Teacher Qualification Certificate. She is a recipient of the National Garden Award for English Teachers, a recognized Beijing Municipal English Subject Leader, a Core Writer for the People's Education Press (PEP) Senior High School English textbooks, and a Mentor at the Haidian District Master Teacher Workstation. Her previous roles include: Teacher, Homeroom Teacher, and Lesson Preparation Group Leader for the Gifted and Talented Children Experimental Class at the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China (RDFZ); English Teaching Researcher for Haidian District；Director of the Haidian District International Curriculum Research Center; Party Secretary and Head of Secondary of Chaoyang Kaiwen Academy; and Head of School of BIBS Haidian campus. With deep knowledge of both domestic and international education systems, she is dedicated to fostering a warm, supportive, and caring school culture. She aims to cultivate creators a better world with bilingual proficiency, multicultural perspectives, and global awareness.
