金辉 Karsten Jin

金辉，挪威奥斯陆大学数学与日语专业本科，流体力学硕士。目前剑桥大学教育学硕士在读。拥有剑桥CELTA教师认证。从事升学指导工作多年，经验丰富，在国际升学指导协会（International ACAC）的职业发展委员会担任委员，积极提升国际升学来自中国的声音。Best Fit的角度来积极支持学生的升学路径，成果显著，深受学生和家长的认可。

Karsten Jin received both of his bachelor's and master's degrees at the University of Oslo, majoring Mathematics & Japanese and Fluid Mechanics, respectively. At the moment, he is pursuing his second master's degree in Education at the University of Cambridge. He is also CELTA certified. He has been working in college counseling for many years and accumulated rich experience. He is currently actively involved in International Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC) as the member in its standing committee of professional development. A firm believer in Best-Fit as the counseling philosophy, he has supported hundreds of students and achieved excellent outcomes, which have been acclaimed by students and parents.
