林楚芸 Chu-Yun Lin

林楚芸，大提琴教师。出生于台湾, 国立新加坡大学杨秀桃音乐院本科，克利夫兰音乐学院硕士，新英格兰音乐学院演奏及弦乐教学专业硕士，师从于著名大提琴演奏家秦立巍、王健及Laurence Lesser。日本大阪国际大赛第三名及波士顿室内乐大赛第一名得主。在克利夫兰音乐学院及新英格兰音乐学院担任过弦乐教学法助教。曾经在新加坡交响乐团担任freelance，也曾在中央音乐院交响乐团任职大提琴副首席，中央音乐学院提琴制作系任职演奏教学教师。

Chu-Yun Lin,Cello Teacher. She was born in Taiwan and she received Bachelor's Degree from the Yeoh Siew Toh Conservatory of Music of the National University of Singapore, Master's Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and major in Performance and String teaching from the New England Conservatory of Music. She studied with famous cellists like Qin Liwei, Wang Jian and Laurence Lesser. She was the Third prize winner of the Osaka International Competition in Japan and First prize winner of the Boston Chamber Music Competition. She worked as a teaching assistant at the Cleveland Institute of Music and the New England Conservatory of Music. She was also a freelance member of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra，she worked as the deputy principal of cello of the Symphony Orchestra of the Central Conservatory of Music, and the performance teacher of the violin Production Department of the Central Conservatory of Music.
