杨雪，体育教师兼班主任，北京体育大学硕士研究生，专业为体育教育训练学，羽毛球教学与训练方向。国家二级羽毛球运动员，国家一级羽毛球裁判员，曾多次获得山东省、湖南省羽毛球比赛前三名的运动成绩，具有管理学和体育学双重学科知识学习背景，高中体育与健康教师资格证书。对于羽毛球项目青少年教学训练经验丰富并善于进行总结与反思，曾参与北京体育大学与清华附中高参高项目教学实习，对体育学科教育理念及教学法有深刻的认识与理解。致力于羽毛球在中小学校园体育中的推广与发展，主张以学生兴趣为中心，引导学生建立基本技术间联系教学，打破传统枯燥学练活动。

Erica Yang,PE Teacher, Homeroom Teacher.She obtained the Master Degree from Beijing Sport University, majoring in physical education and training, badminton teaching and training.She isnational second-level badminton player, national first-level badminton referee, and has won the top three badminton competitions in Shandong Province and Hunan Province for many times, with dual discipline knowledge learning background of management and physical education, also High school physical education and health teacher qualification certificate. She has rich experience in teaching and training badminton for young learners and is good at summarizing and reflecting on it. She has participated in the teaching practice of Beijing Sport University and Tsinghua University High School, and has a deep understanding of the concept and teaching method of sports education. Committed to the promotion and development of badminton in primary and secondary school, she advocates the interest of students as the main point, guiding students to establish basic technical links teaching, breaking the traditional boring learning and training activities.
