阮培勋，Rain ，河北体育学院 网球运动训练专业 教育学学士；拥有美国USPTA职业级网球教练，西班牙RPT职业级网球教练，国家一级网球裁判员，中网球童训练评估师，澳网球童一级评估师，小学体育教师资格证书。曾担任中国山花网球队教练 ，清华附中国际学校体育教师，清华附中国际学校ITA网球项目总监和网球主教练。熟悉青少年网球在学校的专业训练和各年龄阶段的系统培养模式，注重学生运动员的个性化培养，比较有耐心，教学训练理念为中西相结合的风格。

Ruan Peixun, Rain, Bachelor of Education in Tennis Training, Hebei Institute of Physical Education; USPTA, Spanish RPT tennis coach, national tennis referee, appraiser of Chinese tennis boy, Australian tennis boy, etc. He once served as the coach of China Shanhua Tennis team, physical education teacher of Tsinghua Affiliated High School International School, ITA Tennis project director and tennis head coach of Tsinghua Affiliated High School International School. Familiar with the professional training of youth tennis in the school and the systematic training mode of all ages, pay attention to the personalized cultivation of students and athletes, more patient, teaching and training concept for the combination of Chinese and Western style.
