李庆伟（QingweiLi)，生物实验员。本科毕业于湖南中医药大学药学院生物工程专业，硕士毕业于黑龙江省科学院微生物研究所生物学专业，她曾在上海市农业科学院生物所联合学习深造。参与多项生物课题研究，对生物学科教育理念及生物实验有深刻的认识与理解。她坚信教育的核心价值是激发学生的学习自主性，培养学生的自主学习能力，从而成为终身学习者!

QingweiLi, Biology Lab Assitant. She received her bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering from the School of Pharmacy, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, and her master's degree in Biology from the Institute of Microbiology, Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences. She also studied in the Biological Institute of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Participating in a number of biologicalresearch topics, and had a deep understanding of biological education concepts and biological experiments. She strongly believes that the core value of education is to stimulate students' learning autonomy and develop their self-learning abilities so that they may become lifelong learners!
