徐平宜 Pingyi Xu

徐平宜，寄宿部成长导师组长兼成长导师，南开大学生命科学学院植物学硕士。曾从事清华创新小初年级的科学教育及辅导工作。在教育教学工作中，一直秉持着大胆探索、认真钻研的精神，力求把科学课堂打造成孩子们自主学习的乐园。积极进行教与学方式的转变，让学生在动手实验和操作中提高能力，在小组合作的氛围中快乐成长。

Pingyi Xu, Head of National School Boarding, Boarding Life Counselor, got Master degree of Botany from the University of Nankai. She was engaged in the Tsinghua Innovation Education Center for science education and tutoring. She has always adhered to the spirit of bold exploration and conscientious research and strived to turn the science classroom into a paradise for children to learn independently. She actively changes the way of teaching and learning so that students can improve their ability in experiments and operations and grow happily in the atmosphere of group cooperation.
