陈红，寄宿部成长导师组长兼成长导师。毕业于浙江传媒学院，并获取文学学士学位。拥有英语四六级和专业四级证书。她曾在中学担任实习教师，也在教育机构担任过英语家教。作为一名新老师，她认为与孩子相处最重要的一步是相互尊重，用自己的真诚来交换信任，引导孩子建立良好的个人习惯和性格，让孩子们在校园生活中健康成长。

Anna Chen, Head of Primary School Boarding, Boarding Life Counselor,She got Bachelor degree of Arts inCommunication University of Zhejiang.She has CET-4, CET-6 and TEM-4 certificate. She has worked as an internship teacher in a middle school and as an English tutor in an educational institution. As a new teacher, she believes that the most important step to get along with children is to respect each other and exchange their trust with her own sincerity so as to guide them to establish good personal habits and personality.
