  李洪杰, 寄宿部成长导师，西安电子科技大学毕业，曾在北京外国语大学附属外国语学校宿管及餐饮中心主任。多年从事学生宿舍管理工作及学校的卫生保健、健康餐饮工作等，工作经验丰富，注重激发学生行为的主动性、积极性、创造性及培养孩子们的自我管理能力及健康的生活习惯。为孩子们打造温暖又有力量的温馨之家，深受学生、家长们的肯定。

  Hongjie Li, Boarding Counsellor, graduated from Xidian University. She was served as the Director of Dormitory Administrator Center of Beijing Foreign Language School. She has rich experience on student health care and healthy catering for many years. She pays attention to stimulating children's initiative, enthusiasm and creativity in positive behavior and cultivating children's self-management ability and healthy living habits. She creates a warm and safety living environment for children. She is deeply trusted by students and parents.
