课程前沿 | “预见”新课标 “遇见”爱劳动

4月21日，教育部正式颁布《义务教育课程标准2022版》，并将于今年9月份开始实施。“新课标”重大变化之一是：劳动实践课程比重大幅提升，仅次于语文数学；劳动实践课提倡研究性和社会实践相结合，为孩子们拓宽视野、增加认知度，让孩子们进一步感受劳动和生活的乐趣，促进孩子们劳逸结合、内外兼修。

教师来了 | 依旧驰骋的身影——赵嘉玮老师谈疫情期间的留学生活

赵嘉玮 （Jarvis），清华附中稻香湖学校体育教师，北京体育大学教育学学士、运动训练硕士在读生，硕士就读第二年，他通过了学校的奖学金项目，被选派至爱尔兰利莫瑞克大学攻读第二硕士学位，钻研体育科学-运动表现。 赵嘉玮在学生时期作为体能教练服务于若干支国家队，校队以及个人专业运动员。其项目包含拳击，摔跤，篮球，英式橄榄球，垒球等等。同时，他热衷于研究大众健身的相关内容，包括对于人群增肌，提高力量，减脂，以及青少年的体能训练等等。
