In THIS-DL，teachers are at high academic level and have rich teaching experience. The School provides general teachers as well as Chinese, English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities(Social Science), Computer Application,music, fine arts,theatre, PE, library and other specialist teachers.

THIS-DL is hoping for establish a team of experts in Chinese compulsory education and attracts excellent international teachers from all over the world. The majority of international teachers comes from the United State, Canada, Britain,Australia,etc.They have both teaching certificates and academic certificates, working in this career for many years.Chinese teachers learn so much about the merit of Chinese education, as a result, they understand deeply about the whole compulsory education system and theory. Wherever the teacher come from, he or she always shows a best team spirit and an earnest as well as dedicated heart, then studies deeply with innovation on the course.Carried out the idea of”student-centered”, each teacher plays an important role in influencing a child’s mind and support for both academic progress and character development. Wherever the teacher come from,he or she will be recruited and paid under the same standard of integrated schools of Tsinghua High School.

According to the statistics, 23% of faculty are coming from the integrated schools of Tsinghua University High School.45% of the THIS-DL faculty is international. All members have bachelor’s degree and 90% of them have master’s degree while 15% have doctor’s degree. More than 85% of staff have studied abroad. Some of them have strong background in cultural diversity with certificates from Peking University, Tsinghua University,Beijing Normal University，Duke University,Dartmouth College，King's College London，etc. A lot of teachers had worked many years.
