李惠Hui Li (Tina)

李惠，学校发展部部长，来自澳大利亚。Tina是一位三个孩子的母亲，拥有金融学士学位。对儿童教育的好奇心和热情驱使她投身教育行业。在过去的20年里，她曾与北京多所顶尖的国际学校领导团队合作，近期担任北京蒙台梭利国际学校的招生负责人。在这个职位上，她领导了政府关系，并向国际家庭推广学校。她对教育充满热情，致力于营造一个积极参与的环境，让年轻的学生和他们的家庭茁壮成长。她在与家长沟通、与家庭建立牢固的关系和团队建设方面积累了丰富的经验。

Hui Li (Tina), Director of School Development Office,from Australia,is a mother of three with a BA in Finance. A curiosity and passion for children’s education drove her to the education sector. She has spent the last 20 years leading teams across many of the top international schools in Beijing, most recently serving as the Head of Admissions at the Montessori International School of Beijing. In this role, she has led government relations and marketing the school towards international families. She is passionate about education and fostering a positive and engaging environment to enable young students and their families to thrive. She has gathered exceptional skills in communicating with parents, developing strong relationships with families and team-building.
