Western Art
Western art class is project-based course, that aims to introduce students to the various aspects of visual arts, and to reflect on what other artists have created in order to elaborate an original response to the enquiries of their time. Throughout the middle school years, students will be exposed to all visual arts disciplines: fine arts, architecture, graphic design, industrial design, and fashion design. Students will be asked to create a digital portfolio encompassing all stages of each project. At the end of each project, a few students will be asked to give an oral presentation of their work.
