李娟 Sophia Li

  李娟，人力资源外事专员。本科毕业于上海海洋大学，目前攻读哈佛教育管理硕士课程。国家人社部一级人力资源管理师，她曾在外企、私立学校从事人力资源工作十余年，为人谦和、正直，工作经验丰富。在教育中，她始终坚信：施教者的自我修炼和提升，才是让孩子发生良好变化的根本。也正因这一思想，她参与翻译了书籍《唤醒孩子品格的力量》，目前该书已全面发行。

  Sophia Li, Foreign Affairs Specialist of Human Resources. She graduated from Shanghai Ocean University and is currently studying for a Master Degree in Education Administration at Harvard. She is a 1st level HR Manager awarded by China's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. She has been engaged in HR work in foreign companies and private schools for more than ten years. She is a lady of modest and integrity, and has rich experiences in HR management. In education, she always firmly believes that self-cultivation and improvement of teachers are fundamental for the better change of the children. Because of this idea, she participated in the translation of the book Awakening the Power of Children's Character, which has been fully released now.
