  牛彬丞，山西大学商务学院本科毕业生，可熟练使用office办公软件，具备简单英语口语沟通交流能力。曾在中国人民解放军61886部队担任警卫、参谋助手等工作，具有丰富警卫执勤及突发性事件应急处置经历经验，曾完成部门资产清查、行业整肃治理、安全检查、安防升级改造等大项工作，负责部门训练工作，包括计划拟制、日常施训、和组织考核等工作。具有较强的沟通协调能力和学习适应能力，善于团结同志，办事踏实认真，工作责任心强。
