王琳 Aileen Wang

王琳，培训部负责人兼标化考试中心考务负责人，毕业于佳木斯大学，后在中国科学院心理研究所儿童发展与教育心理学专业课程研修班学习，并获得中国科学院心理研究所儿童早期教育指导师资格证书、心理咨询师证书。具有高级中学教师资格证，健身教练指导证，曾就职于清华大学IUP中文中心,为来自世界名校如耶鲁、哈佛、剑桥、哥伦比亚的大学生教授中文课程。信奉的教育理念是教育体现在一言一行、一点一滴的生活与学习中，爱与尊重是前提，以身作则，身教言传是最好的教育路径。

Lin Wang, Head of Academic Support Center and Head Examination Officer of Standardized Test Center, graduated from Jiamusi University. She studied at the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, majoring in Child Development and Educational Psychology, and holds the certificate of Psychological Consultant and Fitness Instructor. She also holds a high school Chinese teaching qualification and has worked in the IUP Chinese center of Tsinghua University, teaching Chinese language courses to students from world-renowned universities such as Yale, Harvard, Cambridge, and Columbia.

Her educational philosophy centers on the belief that education is woven into every word and deed, in every aspect of life and learning. Love and respect are prerequisites, setting an example and teaching by example is the best educational path.
