  何海洋，未来城校区后勤部主任，中共党员，文学学士，毕业于北京理工大学珠海分校；曾就职于清澜山学校，担任寄宿主管及童子军活动负责人，作为寄宿中心创始团队成员主导日常运营管理，建立标准化寄宿管理体系，深耕国际学校后勤领域6年，擅长家校沟通协调、学生事务管理及突发事件应对，具备20+人专业化团队建设经验，精通食宿管理、安全维护等全流程后勤保障工作。

Ocean He,  Future City Campus Logistics Department Director. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai Campus.  During my tenure at Tsinglan School as Boarding Director and Scout Program Leader, I served as a founding member of the boarding center, where I spearheaded daily operations management and established a standardized boarding management system.  With six years of dedicated experience in international school logistics, I excel in coordinating home-school communication, managing student affairs, and implementing emergency response protocols.  My leadership experience includes building and managing professional teams of over 20 members, overseeing comprehensive logistical support operations such as accommodation management, safety maintenance, and workflow optimization.
