高畅 Chang Gao

高畅，人事专员，上海政法大学法学学士和硕士。本硕期间，曾代表学校去德国美茵茨大学和美国印第安纳大学作为交换生，并获得上海市优秀毕业生荣誉称号。曾在美国某大学从事中文教学及管理工作，回国后曾在北京多家国际学校从事人力相关工作，具有人力资源0-1搭建的工作经验，熟知并可独立运行人力六大模块，擅长三支柱的人力管理模式。拥有人力资源管理师(二级)，人力资源实务上岗证，人力资源法务咨询师证书。她喜欢在国际教育领域工作，做教育的人都有情怀，怀揣希望。希望通过国际教育的培养，学生们能够走向世界，成为优秀的世界公民。未来的某一天通过他们的努力，中国能够在联合国中拥有更多的席位，能够在国际舞台上替中国发声。

Chang Gao, HR Officer, got Bachelor degree of Law and Master degree of Law from the ShangHai University of Political Science and Law. During her undergraduate and graduate, she went to Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz and the Indiana University as an exchange student, and won the honorary title of Outstanding Graduate of Shanghai. She worked in a university in the USA. After returning to China, She worked as an HR at several International schools. She has more than 5 years of HR work experience and 0-1 HR construction experience. She is very familiar with the HR traditional module 6 parts, and she likes the three-pillar HR module (HRBP，COE，SSC).She holds Human Resource professional certificate(Level-2), Human Resource practice certificate, Human Resource legal consultant certificate. She likes to work in the k-12 International School and hopes that the diversification of international education can help our students to see bigger world and become excellent citizens of the world. Through their efforts, they will be able to have more seats in the world and have the opportunity to speak for China on the international stage.
