She has a Bachelor Degree in English Linguistics and Literature from Southwest University, and a Master of Education in Training and Development from Singapore Institute of Human Resource.She has studied in China, Singapore and Denmark and was awarded the "Excellent Student" by Southwest University.She has been awarded a TEM-8 for English certificate, a Process Excellence Green Belt qualification, a Maersk Line Graduate Program Diploma and a high school English Teaching License. She strongly believes that the core value of education is to stimulate students' learning autonomy and develop their self-learning abilities so that they may become lifelong learners!
