Keith Alastair Budd, from the UK. He has a BA in International Relations and MA in Global Security, and a teaching degree from the University of Nottingham. He has taught in Nanjing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Moscow and now Beijing. Other than teaching History, he has also taught Global Politics, Art History, and Philosophy, and loves to bring elements of literature, art, clothing or fashion and consumer goods into his History curriculum so students learn how people lived in the past, how they thought and who they were, rather than just memorizing dates. His favorite period of History is the 'Art Deco' era and Jazz age of the 1900s to the 1930s. His hobbies are cooking, reading and doing charity projects in the community.
