Melissa Melinda Knight, from Jamaica. She studied at the University of the West Indies where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science. She also holds a Master of Arts Degree in Education from the University of South Wales. She has taught middle to upper school students Mathematics for 8 years in Jamaica, then moved to China and had over 7-year experience. She believes in the value of diversity and holds high expectations for all her students. She also believes that every student can learn. They just have to be met where they are, and then slowly help them to transition to where they need to be using interactive lessons and positive reinforcements.
