Richard McLean, from Jamaica, earned his Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education (Information Technology) from Bethlehem Moravian College. He was a Practical Assessor (NCTVET) in Data Operations. Richard holds over 16 years of teaching experience, including 6 years in international education across China, specializing in Computer Science, digital media, and leadership development. Committed to fostering 21st-century skills through innovative, data-driven pedagogy, he believes in empowering students to thrive in multicultural environments. Outside the classroom, Richard enjoys coaching football, robotics projects, and building cross karts.
