Shuning Shi graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and earned a Master's degree in Innovative Education from Johns Hopkins University. She has a cross-cultural teaching background and experience in differentiated instruction, course management, and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). She has worked as a teaching assistant for the master's program at Johns Hopkins University and as an IEP developer and curriculum instructor at Etu School and IDEAS Camp Education in Beijing. Her work focuses on supporting student potential through personalized teaching and psychological support.
