Baldwin Hou, Boarding Department Manager. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management. He has worked in the Shanxi Provincial Government and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, engaged in management and education. Additionally, he has organized numerous large-scale events, such as the Second National Youth Games ofChina and the Shanxi Provincial Games. With extensive experience in education and event organization, he has also received training related to K-12 education, understanding the learning characteristics of children and adolescents at each stage. His educational philosophy is: we are trees, and serves for the students.
