Amy Gao, Primary Generalist & Homeroom Teacher, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education at the Pennsylvania State University and Master of Teaching degree in Elementary Education at the University of Virginia, and holds a Virginia Teaching License. She has student taught in public schools in both Virginia and Pennsylvania, and loves to incorporate children’s literature into lessons. She has also worked at a Children’s Library. She loves to read and watch Disney movies in her free time. She is incredibly patient and believe that every child deserves a safe environment and feels welcomed in the classroom.
