Pan Pan, Teaching Assistant and ESL Teacher, holds a Master's degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures from Rutgers University, USA. With six years of study in the United States and experience in teaching Chinese, she also holds a high school Chinese language teacher qualification certificate in China. She has served as a Chinese lecturer at Rutgers University, a Chinese teacher at the Rutgers Confucius Institute, a Chinese teacher at a private school in the United States, and a primary school Chinese language teacher and TOEFL reading teacher at New Oriental in Beijing.
She is passionate about education and believes in making learning enjoyable. She pays attention to student diversity, adheres to a student-centered approach, stimulates students' interest in learning, cultivates their creativity and independent inquiry skills, and helps them develop good lifelong learning habits.
