Alicia has a master's degree in English literature from Nankai University. With her enthusiasm for English teaching, she achieved her TESOL certificate with ITN, a Chinese teaching certificate for high school English, a series of IB workshop certificates, a certificate for teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages, etc. She has been working in teaching English and education for at least 5 years. Her philosophy of teaching is that no student should be left behind. Her translated book on children's psychology has been published by Jieli Publishing House in 2023.
