Rena Qian holds a Ph.D. from Hong Kong Baptist University and a high school teaching certificate. With extensive experience in international education, she has served as Academic Director and Assistant Principal, leading curriculum development and cross-departmental management. A graduate of the RDFZ Science Experimental Class, she distinguished herself by winning first prize in the Yingchun Cup Mathematics Competition and achieving a perfect AMC score. Rena believes education is a mutual growth process. She builds teaching relationships on “respect, trust, and understanding,” and excels at debate-based pedagogy to stimulate critical thinking, guiding students from passive reception to active problem-solving.
