Caleb Barger, from the US, has over a decade of teaching in China. Graduating from Emporia State University, he now holds a Masters in Education focusing on the effects of globalization on education. Mr. Barger has a strong belief in collaborative work for students to discover information and assist students and staff realize their potential.
