Zachary Wayne Keiser, from the US, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He has taught a wide range of grade levels, from kindergarten through high school, in schools around the world. For the past eleven years, he has been teaching in China, with the last six years as an upper elementary homeroom teacher. Zachary believes that student agency is central to learning, with teachers serving as guides along the way. In his classroom, he values active participation, hands-on learning opportunities, and a strong growth mindset. He is also a lifelong learner himself, always seeking new ways to grow and improve his teaching.
