Dr. Neill Drouard Raper, from the US. He earned his BA in Physics and PhD in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2011 and 2016 respectively. He has been engaged in nuclear physics research for 8 years since 2011 and has taught AP courses for almost 10 years. Neill believes that learning is a group project, just like research, and therefore encourages students to collaborate whenever possible. The rising tide lifts all boats, and it is in an active, harmonious, and productive classroom that all students will reach their greatest potential.
