Jaye Tan, holder of a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Edinburgh, has extensive experience in bilingual teaching at the primary level. She worked for two years as a Chinese teacher in a UK school, where she collaborated closely with teaching teams in a cross-cultural environment and independently designed subject-integrated courses for students aged 7 to 11, significantly improving learning outcomes. She also supported KET English teaching in Beijing and has experience with Cambridge Young Learners English, demonstrating a solid understanding of students’ language development. With strong communication and organisational skills, she is familiar with co-teaching models involving both Chinese and international teachers, values effective home–school communication, and is committed to creating a positive and efficient English learning environment for all students.
