Ms.Pai is from Beijing. She graduated from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Master’s Degree in Dual Language Elementary Education. Ms. Pai was focusing on dual language teaching and research during her graduate school time. She holds a Minnesota (USA) K-6 teaching license. During her time in the US, Ms.Pai had experiences in working at different types of schools, such as immersion school, charter school and public school. Before Ms. Pai joined THISDL, she worked as a dual language Math teacher at an international school in Beijing. Previously, Ms. Pai served as a bilingual math teacher at an international school in Beijing, where she was well-versed in implementing inquiry-based IB curriculum within the national curriculum framework, integrating Singaporean math teaching methods and the United States Common Core Standards. She has been looking forward to working with teachers from different backgrounds to help students empower their full potential.
刘派老师来自北京，毕业于美国明尼苏达大学，小学双语教育专业，教育学硕士。研究生期间侧重于双语教学与实践，她持有美国明尼苏达州小学全科教师资格证。在美期间，刘老师在不同类型的小学工作，为之后在国际学校工作奠定了基础。之前，刘老师在北京一所国际学校担任小学双语数学教师，熟悉在国家课程背景下，实行探究式IB课程，与新加坡数学教学法与美国共同核心标准相融合。加入稻香湖后，她非常期待与不同文化背景的老师合作与学习，共同促进学生在各方面的成长。
